The Center for Healthy Living at Kimball Medical Center, a Barnabas Health facility, is offering a new yoga class every Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Center for Healthy Living, located at 198 Prospect Street in Lakewood.
Individuals will experience the joy and relaxation techniques of yoga, taught by an experienced yoga instructor who will guide participants through various poses using a mat or a chair. Appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners, yoga helps increase flexibility, range of motion, energy and relaxation.
