The deadline for voter registration is Oct. 15 for this year's general election.
The election is Nov. 5, and Ocean County residents can register by following instructions here.
A driver’s license number or the last four digits of your Social Security number must be entered on the New Jersey Voter Registration Application.
In addition to the gubernatorial election, which pits incumbent Republican Chris Christie against Democrat Barbara Buono, November’s general election will also feature races for the state Assembly and Senate.
