Why is an open house from 2011 still being published? Whomever is responsible for its inclusion but chooses not to follow up and remove it, does not have journal show professional journalism.

I see the name Adam Hochron below ads that are very outdated. Mr. Hochron's bio is shown in the Patch and I have read it. He stated he does professional journalism. Included in his bio is his phone number. Since his number was a published number, a few days I called him to discuss these very old ads and if all the information was still correct and more importantly - did Hurricane Sandy do any damage? Mr. Hochron had no qualms in telling me he had no idea what the current status was on any of these old real estate ads. In addition, he says he doesn't care. There is no archive dept. to keep these up to date. Even with my suggestion, he said he has no interest in bring this matter up for discussion at any business meetings; this is just how The Patch does it. Does this bother anyone else? I'm sure it would bother real estate agents. However, possibly they "gave" up quite a while ago and don't place any more ads.
