Pothole Problems: Where Are the Worst Road Craters in Brick?

It's been a rough winter, no one's questioning that.

From snow days at school to salt shortages throughout the state, towns have had to deal with the inclement weather on a daily basis, Brick included.

With the heavy snow and ice accumulations over the past couple of months, roads may have suffered the most, as small cracks in the pavement a few weeks ago have become tire-busting craters nearly impossible to avoid.

Each town has its share of notoriously bad potholes drivers try to avoid for fear of a blowout, or even worse.

So, Brick, which roads have the worst potholes in town? Let us know in the comments, and if you've got a photo of a bad spot, be sure to send it over to tom.davis@patch.com.

Giant hole on Midstreams rd going West toward 88. It's been filled at least once but it's stubborn, definitely a tire popper!

Many of our twp. roads are beyond repair. Cold patch and hot patch are short sighted fixes. The more damaged roads need to be repaved. Patch work is bumpy and just destroys our autos suspension, wheel and tires. Dpw needs to have a paving crew and a paving program to address our deteriorating streets and create a lasting solution.

Burrsville Road looks like it was carpet bombed.

North end of Cedarcroft! Cherokee Lane, Shawnee Lane and Apache Lane are nothing but one big pot hole. They were slated for a repave a decade ago and it was never done. Another Acrapolis legacy.

At the intersection of Sweeny Ave and Martin Pl. That entire intersection should be repaved. They have tried to patch it a few times and it just gets worse and worse... This spot is also the local bus stop for all the neighborhood kids for each school.
