Brick Planning This Year's 'Green Fair'

Fair is township's annual Earth Day celebration

The township will host its annual Green Fair at Veterans Memorial Middle School April 28, township officials have announced.

The Green Fair is a township-wide Earth Day celebration designed to "educate, enlighten and encourage people of all ages, incomes and backgrounds to adopt a more environmentally and socially responsible lifestyle," according to a news release on the event.

The fair consists of environmental information, exhibits, vendors and more. It is free to attend.

The fair will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The township is still seeking vendors for the event. Anyone interested in being a vendor or exhibitor at the Green Fair should contact Debbie Alwin at 732-262-1240 or via email at dalwin@twp.brick.nj.us for more information. Vendors are asked for a $40 donation.
