Bald Eagles Are Calling Kettle Creek Home

Nest is spotted at Kettle Creek Road in Toms River

Bald Eagles at the Shore? Yes. In fact, the iconic species has been spotted near Kettle Creek, the border between Brick and Toms River.

An apparent nest or favorite perch for bald eagles is just north of Kettle Creek Road, and south of Old Hooper Avenue, at the north edge of the Silverton section of Toms River.

A good spot to eagle-watch is the Advance Auto Parts on Hooper Avenue, during the afternoons.
