Booker election nullified?

"Suspect" Electronic Voting Machines to be used in NJ General Election

The same Electronic Voting Machines which have been proven in NJ Superior Court to be able to be "hacked" to produce incorrect vote tallies - adding "phantom votes" or subtracting cast ballots, or even re-assigning votes to candidates other than the voter intended - will be rolled out once, again, in New Jersey's General Election in November.

Will your vote go to the candidate you chose?  You'll never know.  There is already a petition, filed BEFORE the Special Senate Election, asking the US Senate to nullify the balloting due to the conduct of election officials in the run-up to last Wednesday.

Election officials and all 21 County Clerks have been proven in NJ Superior Court (LaVergne v Lonegan, et al, docket # L -1933-13) to have broken SEVERAL State and

Federal Election laws, treating the entire process with indifference and disdain, if not outright corrupting the Election itself.  (here is a copy of the complaint filed in the Senate:  (Well worth your time to review).

Here is the original complaint filed in New Jersey Superior Court and the Exhibits, that led to the filing in the United States Senate...

and HERE is video of the Judge agreeing that the law was broken, but making no Remedy.

Eugene Martin LaVergne appears in the video, with Asst. Attorney General Donna Kelly for the State.

Candidate Eugene Martin LaVergne, a leader of the "Democratic-Republican" Organization of New Jersey, filed the initial action, which was joined by all five of the other independent candidates, back in late August, when they first became aware of the criminal violations.  One of the candidates, frustrated with the whole process, has dropped out of the petition brought to the Senate the day BEFORE the election was to be held, when it was apparent that the Courts, while agreeing that the laws had been broken, made the decision to make no remedy, and to make no recommendation that the scofflaws be prosecuted.

Here's the rub - a United States Senate Election affects the residents of ALL States, not from a standpoint of representation, but from the standpoint that the august body of the Senate belongs, as a committee of the whole, to the People.

Cory Booker may have had absolutely nothing to do with the effort to quickly erase the evidence contained on the drives of the "Suspect" machines...but the actions of the Clerks and the election board to eliminate the evidence (the paper printout is not evidence that the PROGRAM was correctly implemented...the machine would simply continue to produce the fraudulent report - a digital "Scrivener's Error") of the actions of the voters.

Coupled with several other irregularities that rise to violations of election law and the Hatch Act, it is not beyond the pale that the Senate, to preserve it's own reputation, will choose not to seat Booker, but, instead, require that New Jersey leave Chiesa in the seat.

Now politics come into play - it has been postulated that Booker was put forth for the Senate seat, which belonged to the Democrats for over 40 years, to prevent him from running against Republican Governor Chris Christie, in a back-room deal with Democrat Party boss George Norcross.  Is this true?  We may never know.  However, it is more than certain that the candidates selected to oppose Booker and Christie were far from the most competitive choices either party had to choose from.  No one else stepped forward on the Republican side?  Mr. Lonegan may be many things, but the darling of the Republican party he certainly is not.  He only garnered 76% of the vote in an all but uncontested primary.  Booker, on the other hand, is the favorite of the bosses, a likeable puppet who does what he's told.  The only two DEMOCRATS to stand up to the party machine were Frank Pallone and Rush Holt, both of whom will likely pay a price for that next Fall.  I applaud them as men of honor, who stood up for the people of New Jersey, rather than the Donors to the Democrat machine.

HOW CAN WE CONDUCT A FAIR ELECTION IN NOVEMBER WITH THE SAME CROOKED MACHINES?  The short answer is - We CAN'T.

Frederick John LaVergne, "Democratic-Republican" for Congress, NJ District Three, 2014
