Cooler, Drier Air for SummerFest Concert

Northeast winds. Say it again. Northeast winds. Cooler, drier air is seeping into Ocean County. Enjoy it while it lasts. The National Weather Service is calling for several day nice days, in start contrast to the hellfire we've had for the past several weeks, but there is a slight chance of showers today.

Things to do:
Tonight, there will be the SummerFest Concert featuring LONG LIVE THE BEATLES from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Also the Brick Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. at Brick Memorial High School.

The Lakewood BlueClaws are also back in town tonight. The game is the lone visit of the season for the ZOOperstars with possible guests including Ken Griffey Jr. or Roger Clemens. It is also Thirsty Thursday. The BlueClaws will play four games against the Greenville Drive before welcoming the Hagerstown Suns to town for three games.

What we are working on:
Following up from the Council meeting Monday.
