Zumba Gold is a safe and effective workout. The program is 45 minutes long and includes light cardiovascular dance, strength training and balance exercises. This class is geared toward individuals in their 50's, 60's and 70's. The music is awesome and the class emphasizes functionality and fun!
Please wear sneakers and bring water.
