This class is a fusion of Latin and International music, which includes dance themes designed specifically for adults. The routines feature aerobic, fitness, interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

More About Brick Township Police Athletic League
The Brick Township Police Athletic League, or PAL, was founded in 1975 and in 1995 opened a youth center, complete with a boxing ring, gym and all-purpose main room. The PAL offers after-school programs and activities for children; a summer camp where kids go on excursions to the beach and museums and play sports at the facility; recreational activities for adults and children, including boxing and self-defense classes; and charitable events throughout the year to help those less fortunate in the Brick community.
