The Center for Healthy Living at Kimball Medical Center, a Barnabas Health facility, will offer gentle and classic yoga classes for men and women of all ages.

Appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners, classic and gentle yoga classes will help participants learn how to increase flexibility, range of motion, energy and relaxation. Classic yoga includes the sun salutation, warrior pose and shoulder stand. Gentle yoga includes a full range of basic yoga stretches and positions.

Both classes are held on Friday mornings: classic yoga classes will be held from 9 – 10:15 a.m., and gentle yoga classes will be held from 10:30 – 11:45 a.m. Each class will be held at The Center for Healthy Living at 198 Prospect St. in Lakewood.
