Prosecutor Schedules Press Conference
Developments in investigation into death of toddler to be announced
UPDATE: The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office has scheduled a press conference at 4 p.m. to announce developments in the death of a 2-year-old Lakehurst girl.
Monmouth County Prosecutor Peter E. Warshaw announced he will hold the conference at his Freehold office "to announce developments in the investigation into the death of Tierra Morgan-Glover."

The entrance to Shark River Park was still closed Wednesday afternoon as an investigation into the discovery of a body believed to be that of a missing Lakehurst toddler continued.
Schoolhouse Road at Belmar Boulevard was closed to traffic and a nearby Wall Township police officer kept an eye on any cars entering the road, which leads to the 924-acre park that touches the boundaries of Wall, Neptune and Tinton Falls.
Meanwhile, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office was awaiting the results of an autopsy conducted on the body this morning, officials said. More information could be released later Wednesday.
The body of a small girl was found partially submerged in a stream of the Shark River by teens walking in the park early afternoon Tuesday, First Assistant Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni said.
Gramiccioni would not say whether the girl found was Tierra Morgan, who has been missing since Monday when she did not return home from a visitation with her father. Gramiccioni said only authorities believe it to be the Lakehurst girl, and that an autopsy would be conducted Wednesday.

Isn't it kind of pathetic that evidently the road crew doesn't know how to spell "bridge"?
