in law enforcement have
long said, " we arrest them
and the officials let them out"
Christie is a Rino, most liberal
actions ... a problem with
the GOP, they do not have
a plan so they move away
from the origin of the GOP.
We can all see what's happened
for many years ... a real con job.
Or just plain old lost for a plan
to make this state a place to live
in as many are planning to leave.

No I can't confirm that, but there was a Terry Farley who was In the Attorney Generals office and the drug czar for years and then with the Ocean county Prosecuters Office.

Just legalize marijuana already. Think of all the tax revenue we are missing out on. More crime is associated with alcohol use than marijuana. Not to mention all the law enforcement money spent on stopping it. I personally dont use either but would have no problem with legalizing.

Well Proud Poppa I fail to see why you post about father being a drug advocate in the the past if in fact thats even the same relation . He's a grown man and if that is his father then I'm sure he did teach him much better and he chose to do differently. Obama is not going to enforce the Federal Law against marijuna use and possession of under 1 ounze. Young people are getting the message that smoking pot is good cause it is legal in Washington and Colorado. Obama, in his book, even neame his pot dealer. He smoked pot and used cocaine and he becasme President. Go figure. We arrest individuals for possessing under 50 grams, they get a record, and it ruins their employment opportunities.

legal or not, having had neighbors who set up shop and were busted (thanks again Berkeley Police!) after months of dirt bags hanging out in front of MY HOUSE, where my Grand Kids come to play, NOBODY wants these drug dealers living next door to them. Try having one move in and bring around these shady gang members and addicts, trading stolen guns and jewelry, etc. Anyone saying anything to the contrary has no right unless they LIVED through this.

it's marijuana, but it doesn't stop there, it's always more than just marijuana, as in this case "pounds of hash". When they arrested my neighbors they had heroin, guns and stolen jewelry, pills.. We just thought it was just "marijuana" what a wake up call.

if by locking them up for marijuana keeps them and their guns out of my neighborhood then i'm all for it!!! Thank you for staying vigilant even in the face of all this legalize marijuana talk.

I could not help but mentally measure the amount of money wasted on the investigation and impending prosecution of this case, as I read the article. Let's get real and focus on criminals. If these types of simple distractionjs were legalized, we might find ourselves able to focus on the real problems in our society. And if you are seriously thinking of moving out of New Jersey because of the rampant marijuana and hash use, well, you are in for a shock: Get ready--here it comes: People smoke pot and hash everywhere in the world! Gene smith it seems like your issues weren't with pot .people who smoke small amounts of pot for the most part stay far away from shady gang members ,addicts , heroin and stolen guns . Your comment about marijuana and it not stopping there in this case hash ??? Hash is the same as pot just concentrated so in this case it did stop there. THC is harmless

The President wrote a book. In the book he states that he smoked pot and used cocaine. He was elected and reelected, so the majority of voters don' t care about marijuana use.

Pot is great. I can work on it. Drive on it. And enjoy family life while on it. Just like pain killers same thing. But this heroin needs to be off the streets. It's bad news people.

one of the problems with pot dealers is that they don't only sell pot...... By buying seemingly harmless Pot you are contrbuting to their wealth and enhancing their ability to survive through profit....Just a thought.
