Howell Man Injured in Crash With Brick Woman

Both listed in stable condition

Sgt. Joseph Markulic of the Howell Police Department reported that at just before 10:30 a.am. on Thursday morning a two car crash occurred at the intersection of Route 547 and Randolph Rd.

According to Markulic, 48-year-old Jackson resident Kim Holden was driving north on Route 547. At the time 20-year-old Brick resident Jennifer Donlon was attempting to make a left from Randolph onto Route 547 South. Markulic said Donlon "failed to yield the right of way" to Holden which resulted in the accident.

Markulic said that Holden was taken to CentraState Medical Center while Donlon was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center. He said both women are currently listed in stable condition and that summonses are pending against Donlon.

Along with the Howell Police Department, the Howell and Ramtown First Aid Squads as well as representatives from MONOC and the Ramtown Fire Department responded.

Anyone with information about the crash is encouraged to contact Markulic at 732-938-4575 ext. 2831.
