Free Storm Cleanup Supplies in Brick Sunday

AMWAY will be at Brick PAL building

Local Amway business owners Bob and Sue Covino will provide free supplies to those still cleaning up from Superstorm Sandy this Sunday.

Amway has donated approximately 25 pallets – more than $150,000 worth of merchandise – to be given away to storm victims. The supplies include all-purpose, multi-purpose, bathroom, and kitchen cleaners and disinfectants. The supplies will be available for pick up at no cost on a first come, first served basis, the company said.

The give-away will take place Sunday, Jan. 13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Brick Police Athletic League building, 60 Drum Point Road.

The company, which has contributed about $400,000 to storm victims, is also accepting donations to the American Red Cross on its website and has committed to matching up to $100,000 in contributions from IBOs and employees.

A scam everyone should be aware of is the Amway Tool Scam. Google "Stop The Amway Tool Scam Wordpress" for more information, and forward this to every non-Distributor/IBO you know, so they don't get scammed.

The people at the PAL from Amway are to be commended for the fine work they are doing today.
