Brick Man Admits Possessing Child Porn
Under plea deal, 31-year-old township man could face 10 years in prison
A Brick man admitted he possessed more than 600 images of child pornography on his home computer and e-mailed them to himself for storage purposes.
Christopher Seufert, 31, pleaded guilty Monday to a single count of possession of child pornography before U.S. District Judge Mary L. Cooper in Trenton federal court.
Seufert admitted he possessed more than 600 images of child pornography on a computer located in his residence in March 2010, according to a statement from U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman. He also admitted using his America Online email account to send some of the images to himself and store them.
Seufert acknowledged to authorities that among the images he possessed were photographs which depicted minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct with other minors and adults, including material portraying sadistic or masochistic conduct or other depictions of violence. The criminal images were brought to the attention of law enforcement by a tip from America Online.
Sentencing in the case has been set for Aug. 16. Seufert faces up to 10 years in prison, followed by a mandatory minimum of five years supervised release and a $250,000 fine.
As part of his guilty plea, Seufert agreed to forfeit the computers and computer accessories he used to commit the offense.
Fishman credited special agents of the FBI’s Cyber Crimes Squad assigned to Innocent Images, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Michael B. Ward in Newark, and the N.J. State Police and with the investigation leading to Monday’s guilty plea.
A photograph of Seufert was not immediately available.

The thought of these poor children being violated in these videos makes me sick. Law enforcement needs to find the animals making these videos & make arrests at the source. There's nothing worse then abusing our innocent children. Disgusting!

Law enforcement and the Feds need to go after the sick bastards creating these sites, if they weren't created, people couldn't look at them. Also why does AOL allow these sites to be put up in the first place, they are supposed to screen all websites before they are allowed and ip address, when I created my web site it had to be approved by aol before I could put it up.
And the Feds should go after the parents who are allowing their children to do these things, they are the real culprits !

This sicko needs to be in jail for a long time along with the rest of em. Our childrens safety is at stake ! Don't forget this story or others like it and talk about with everyone you know. Otherwise it'll get sweep-ed under the carpet like it has been in the past. Tell your children about it too so they know it's wrong. Teach the children, it's for the better good of all...
